Gratitude is the Key to Abundance
From the soil we stand on, from the waters we drink, from the plants we rely on, from the food we put on our table, to the people and pets that never left our side during tough times, life has shown its abundance.
Life could have thrown us into battles we think we can’t win, or put us in situations we never asked for, and it keeps happening over and over again.
We tend to get used to it slowly, that we’ve taken life for granted.
We’ve taken other people’s company for granted, because you just wanted to be alone.
It’s fall and the falling leaves are starting to get annoying, and you’ve forgotten that it was the tree that once gave you a peaceful spot outdoors while reading your favorite book on a Sunday morning.
We once wished to have a pet, but after a long hard day, it’s been a struggle to clean the mess and feed the dog/cat.
All these foods are in the fridge, but we’d rather order take out.
A warm bath used to be relaxing is now time consuming, waiting for the water to heat up and you’re on the clock.
Every good thing that we have is a sign of how abundant life is in general.
They might be big or small for others, but if it brings your heart happiness, it is worth being thankful for.
The universe gives us what we need, and not what we just want.
When we appreciate these things more, we open up ourselves into an overflowing abundance that life has prepared for us.
Gratitude is the most abundant gift that the universe has given us. Without it, how else are we going to see the abundance of life?
How else are we going to open ourselves up to the tangible and intangible things that we have without gratefulness in our hearts?
I hope this blog helps you remove the pain of the struggles, and help you change the way you see your life.
Here’s to more abundance. Here’s to gratefulness.
