In the process of birth and creation, you must let go of the unconscious old thoughts in order to birth the new. Whether that be old pain, grief, trauma, limiting patterns or anything else that is holding you back unconsciously or consciously.

We can gently journey into the deepest recesses of your inner child, delving into what truly makes your heart sing. From this place, you can craft your greatest vision for your life.
